Tic Tac Task LLC – Warranty Policy

At Tic Tac Task LLC, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship and strive to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards. To provide our customers with peace of mind, we offer the following warranty coverage based on the type of service performed.


1. Handyman Services – 30-Day Warranty

All standard handyman services are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of completion.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • TV mounting

  • Hanging pictures and mirrors

  • Furniture assembly

  • Light fixture and ceiling fan replacement

  • Drywall repair

  • Interior and exterior painting

  • Other general handyman work

If any issue related to workmanship arises within this period, we will repair or correct the problem at no additional cost.


2. New Installations – 6-Month Warranty

All new construction and installation services are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of completion.
This applies to:

  • Fence installation

  • Deck installation

  • Handrail installation

  • Carport installation

  • Similar structural installations

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation quality. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, weather conditions, or modifications made by others.


3. Repair Services – 3-Month Warranty

All repair-related services are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of completion.
This includes:

  • Fence repairs

  • Deck repairs

  • Handrail repairs

  • Carport repairs

  • Concrete installation and repair

  • Other similar repair services

Repairs will be performed once at no additional charge if the issue is determined to result from workmanship during the warranty period.


General Terms and Conditions

  • The warranty applies only to the original customer and the specific work performed by Tic Tac Task LLC.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather, accidents, improper maintenance, or alterations by others.

  • Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable.

  • All warranty claims must be reported in writing within the active warranty period.
